This picture full of pain means very much to me!
It shows a suffering soul which doesn´t know what is wrong with it´s life. Why does the soul feel punished, and why do the bonds hold it down? It´s a pure soul which was poisoned by disdain, ignorance and violence. The deep scars in it are not viewable, or are the bonds the scars? What, if it wanted to live a happy life but the bonds which grew during a time of pain are holding all the pain inside of it? I feel so sorry for this soul! I want to free it, but it doesn´t want to loosen the bonds. Why? Does it fear the happy life it ever wanted?

This is dedicated to everbody who feels addressed (and one special person)...
I hope you´ll be able to loosen the bonds sometime, I hope you´ll be able to live the happy life you deserve :nod:

I've always been a fan of your art, but for some reason this is the first time I'm seeing this one. o.O

The picture's great, but I like what your comments about it and why you did this picture more. Hits a little close to home personally.

But, great job on the pic and what you had to say, deep and truly meaningful. ^^
